Claire Beaumont
Managing Director
Claire founded NorthPoint after fifteen years leading digital transformation at McKinsey and Deloitte. She brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and technical depth, having started her career as a software engineer before moving into consulting. Under her leadership, NorthPoint has grown from a three-person shop to a team that's delivered over 200 projects across North America.
James Whitfield
Technical Director
James leads our development practice with an obsessive focus on code quality and system architecture. Before NorthPoint, he was a principal engineer at Shopify and led the platform team at a Series C fintech startup. He believes the best technical solutions are the ones nobody has to think about.
Priya Sharma
Design Lead
Priya shapes every visual experience that leaves our studio. With a background in industrial design from OCAD University and a decade in digital product design, she brings a materiality to screen-based work that most designers miss. Her portfolio includes award-winning work for RBC, Lululemon, and the Government of Canada.
Marcus Chen
Strategy Consultant
Marcus connects business objectives with technical possibilities. His background spans product management at Google, growth consulting at BCG, and two startups of his own (one exit, one lesson). He's the person in the room who asks the question everyone was thinking but nobody said.
